Rick Struzzieri is an industry veteran with over 29 years of experience in underwriting and brokering Property and Casualty Insurance. Rick was most recently at FOA & Son where he served as the Executive Vice President of Commercial Property & Casualty. Rick was responsible for the strategic direction and growth of that division.

Theana Iordanou Joins Arc – Opens New Division
ARC is happy to welcome Theana Iordanou as President of their new division – ARC Personal Lines, LLC.
Theana Iordanou began her career at National Union as a public company D&O underwriter working closely with ARC in its earlier years. She has held underwriting management and marketing positions at both AIG and Allied World and has played an integral role in the growth and development of the businesses.

ARC MA, located in Framingham, MA is a wholesale insurance brokerage specializing in Cyber, Privacy, Technology and Professional Liability. The office is led by Chas Bellingrath, ARC’s National Practice Leader for Cyber & Technology. Chas has been with ARC for six years and was recently named Partner in August 2017. Chas’s group includes Drew Oeschger, a broker on the Cyber & Technology team since 2015 as well as office staff that will handle administrative, compliance and accounting services to clients.
Colleen Waldeck Joins Jericho Brokerage Team
ARC Excess & Surplus, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Colleen Waldeck, who has joined the New York, Jericho office.
Colleen graduated cum laude from Farmingdale State University, acquiring a B.S. Degree in Business Management. While still in college Colleen began her insurance career as an intern at CBS Coverage Group. During the 2 years she was there, she helped develop marketing materials in the law division for various E&O products including Lawyers Professional Liability, Employment Practices Liability, and Cyber Security Liability. She also researched prospective client data to help implement strategies to develop new broker relations.
