ARC Excess & Surplus, LLC is pleased to announce that Robert Crocitto has been named President of ARC Excess & Surplus, LLC. Rob was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Brokerage Officer and this promotion represents the next step in recognizing Rob’s contribution to the success of ARC and his ability to help lead the company. Rob has been instrumental in managing ARC’s relationships with our key trading partners, and growing our relationships with retail brokers and clients across all lines of business.
Rob has over three decades of experience designing and placing all types of Management and Professional Liability Programs. Rob specializes in Directors & Officers, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, and all forms of Professional Liability Coverage, including but not limited to Cyber, Privacy and Security Liability. Rob runs a team at ARC that places some of the most complex Global Management and Professional Liability Programs for a wide variety of insureds including Fortune 500 companies.
Rob holds a Bachelor’s of Science from St. John’s University, New York and recently earned his RPLU Designation in 2022. Rob has served on the Board of Directors for The PLUS Foundation where he just finished his tenure of President of the PLUS Foundation Board. Rob has also served as a frequent Industry speaker having participated on various panels for The Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS), RIMS and CFO Magazine. Rob is also an active member of The Bridge Transcends where he has participated in their Mentorship Program since its inception.
