ARC has announced that John Casale will be assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer. Joan Brunjes, who has previously maintained this position, will be retained as a consultant to support John in this transition.
Joan has managed ARC’s accounting department – essentially since it’s inception in 1986. Joan has been the CFO and has done a tremendous job in leading the accounting department for the past 36 years. Joan has been instrumental in ARC’s growth and success and her contributions to ARC have been invaluable over the years. We thank Joan for her loyal and dedicated service and are glad to have her in a support role so the accounting department can be transitioned to John Casale, who will assume the duties of CFO and manage the accounting and finance department.
Commenting on these changes, Mike Cavallaro, CEO of ARC said, “I cannot thank Joan enough. She has managed ARC’s accounting department from zero to one that today does approximately $1.1 Billion in annual premiums, and she has been a great asset to ARC. I am glad to retain her to transition the role to John Casale.”
Further, Mike Cavallaro stated “John will lead the charge to bring the accounting and finance functions to the next level by using technology to make us more efficient. John has the skill set to transform our accounting department to better analyze data and find ways to improve our results. I have great confidence that John will be able to lead our accounting and finance department to new heights.”
