ARC Excess & Surplus LLC is pleased to announce that John Casale has been hired as Director of Finance. As Director of Finance, John will have a broad range of responsibilities, including managing ARC’s treasury function to improve the management of incoming and outgoing cash flows, formalizing cash projections, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data to identify key performance indicators to enhance the business, overseeing budgets and forecasts, spearheading the transition and implementation to a new accounting platform (accounting seed) and improving internal controls and overall efficiencies in the accounting and financial reporting functions.
John has over 35 years of experience and has served in numerous roles in the accounting, finance and treasury operations of various organizations. He last served as Treasurer, Head of Investment Operations and Reporting for Starr Companies.
John is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from City University of New York – Baruch College as well as a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from St. John’s University Graduate School of Business.
